By accessing or using the services of NARRATE LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
NARRATE LTD provides digital media production, video editing, and content strategy services. The specific scope of work will be defined in each project proposal or plan selected.
Payments for our services are due as specified in the selected pricing plan. We use secure third-party payment processors. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final produced media assets. NARRATE LTD retains the right to use produced content in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
NARRATE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
