Due to the creative and service-based nature of our work, NARRATE LTD typically does not offer full refunds once production has begun. However, if you are dissatisfied with the initial direction, you may request a partial refund or project credit within 48 hours of service commencement.
We provide multiple rounds of revisions for every project. We encourage clients to provide detailed feedback during these rounds to ensure the final product meets their expectations.
Rush fees, creator scouting fees, and completed project deliverables are strictly non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No further charges will be made after cancellation, but no partial refunds will be given for the remaining time in the current billing cycle.
